Club Tread is a water-based workout rooted in one simple idea: movement feels better when it’s shared. 

Treading water offers a low-impact, full-body workout that’s accessible to all levels. But what makes it different is the environment—it creates space for real conversation, unexpected connection, and a feeling of being both energized and grounded.

  • A 60-minute tread session in deep water

How It Works A one-hour experience designed for movement, connection, and presence.

  • Come ready to move—either arrive in your swimsuit or plan a quick change when you get there. We recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes to settle in and meet the group.

  • We’ll start poolside with a quick welcome and light introductions. This is a judgment-free, all-levels space—come as you are.

  • We’ll ease into the water together and begin with a gentle warm-up to get comfortable, grounded, and present.

  • From there, we transition to the deep end where the core experience begins.

  • We’ll build into a steady tread—finding rhythm, breath, and focus.
    Our Deep End leaders guide this portion with a simple, repeatable structure so every session feels both intentional and fresh.

    Throughout the tread, leaders will introduce 2–3 waterproof conversation prompts to spark connection, reflection, and sharing.

  • Before wrapping, we’ll come together for a brief closing moment—still in the water—to reflect, reset, and land the experience as a group.

  • We’ll take a few minutes to cool down and reset before exiting the pool.

  • Connection doesn’t have to end here. Many of our treaders continue the conversation post-session—often heading to an impromptu lunch or coffee nearby.
